PC Engine / TurboGrafx CD Jewel Case Entire lower replacement for HuCards

This replaces the entire inner and lower parts of a CD Jewel case (only using the lid or the original case) to house PC Engine / TurboGrafx HuCards.

This style is closer to the original way NEC packaged games, but it doesn't allow reverse artwork. I've uploaded a version that just replaces the inner part of the Jewel case so you can use reverse artwork.
