This is yet another 3.5" HDD mounting rail. It is compatible with Antec's "One" case (and possibly others in their "Gaming Series").

You will need four flat-head (countersunk), 6-32 screws per drive. The length isn't critical, but mine are 3/16" long. Just make sure they don't bottom out in the drive or stick out past the surface of the rails.
