I replaced my Y corner mounts and threaded rod with printed parts to clean it up and make for a better appearance. The hole that goes through the model is for an 8mm rod to add strength. I used 10% infill and it has held up for a few years with no cracking. The parts are a little fat and I plan to reprint with a thinner model and see how it holds up. My Y motor and endstop are on the front of the machine but I think the models can be used either way. The bed belt mount was also modified from the original to hit the end stop. My machine is set up with slightly longer rods so that my hot end hits right outside the bed corners. This is so I can get maximum print area use. The washers I used were from Home Depot and are 3/8" Brass type. Make sure your bed is not loose while printing or you will get the results I did in the picture.
