This is my version of a napkin holder. It is curved so with a little pressure on the top the napkins rise them for a single pickup.
The bed is 17 x 17 cm, good for everyday casual napkins (2-ply 13"x12.7", 33 cm x 32.3 cm) Like Vanity Fair or Costco.
