Toilet Paper Roll Holder w/ PLA Spring

This TP holder was printed as three pieces. It also uses a PLA spring made using the method described here: [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2681503](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2681503).

Originally I intended it to be only the two pieces, TPHolder_SmallPiece.stl and TPHolder_BigPiece.stl. However, the PLA spring turned out to be too narrow and required the addition of an end-cap (TPHolder_PlasticSpringCap.stl) to TPHolder_SmallPiece in order to make it work.
