Discovery 3 Chair Adjuster

Land Rover Discovery 3 rear seats adjuster, mine broke so here is a replacement
Would be better in ABS as that was the original material, but PLA works.

Update
V2 - I've moved the two rectangles down so there is no need for supports. I found that the supports in the first version where too hard to remove.
Print V2 without supports, you get a bit of sagging on the top of the rectangle, but it helps secure the adjuster to the chair
