skeleton bucky ball

A printable bucky ball.
It printed better than I expected.

I've added a new version - airybuckyball2
This should print better.
I've changed the struts to a trapezoidal cross section and made the bridges as level as practical.
There are still a few errors which will result in dropped threads.

To fix this I think the bridges would need to be modified so they have flat bottoms and not sharp edges.

You can expect a half a dozen dropped threads - you may not even notice them.
