This is my first design and upload so it is most definitely not perfect. The image in the top left doesn't print well, so you'll need to print, cut out, and modge-podge the Pip-Boy plaque on. Personally I think this looks better and saves time. I also put a picture where the grate should be (the picture with the lights) and then placed the grate atop it. Enjoy!
