connect dish and base with 9 mm pex pipe and 1/4 inch bolts

dish still has sharp edges on the top, also it might accumulate bacteria with the layers so some sanding is required.

might try and come up with a electrified ant protector for a dog food bowl ( i've seen some around ) ants can spray their eyes so its good to keep them out in some parts of the world.
