* v2 is a little bit lighter and flexible
* v3 is thicker and stiff

Process:

* Print your cutter
* Cut the potato into 2 halfs
* Lay the cutter with rim downwards into a even surfuce
* Press with a decent amount of presure down
* Try not to cut through the skin of the potato
* Get a resonable sized knife and cut around the potato
* Enjoy stamping with your brand new stampler

In the fridge it stays usable for a couple of days. Best
