A holder for that giant spool of saran wrap your grandparents gifted you when you were a child and will likely pass on to your own grandchildren before it runs out. Also the blade has fallen in to the box and it never rips properly. *Well no longer!*

Print the ends, and then bind it together with 1/4" (6mm) threaded rod, washers and nuts.
