Designed in Autocad Inventor - based off a store bought model and tweaked to increase the height to accommodate cables.
Print on it's side and probably add support for the gaps
*EDIT* Had to revise the file since iPhone 8 had a tendency to flip forward:
Decrease angle of face to 50*
Shorten back side
