Elevator Knob Holder

Yet another stupidly-specific thing I made. There's a hydraulic elevator where I work that has a little knob/switch thing that you have to twist and hold to make the elevator move, and holding that knob was very uncomfortable on your fingers and wrists before I came up with this.

Don't know if anybody else works with a similar elevator, or if any other such hydraulic elevators have a similar type of knob/switch. Heck, I think the knob itself might have actually been broken at one point, and
