This is a kit I've used for replacing 608Z ball bearings on my scooter's front wheel.
Two of the parts (*extractor*) are for removing the old ball bearing without bruising the hub. The other pair (*installer*) are for installing the replacement ball bering. You need a flat (preferably wooden) surface and a hammer to use this kit. Tap lightly and, at installation, rub a bit of WD40 inside the bore before pushing the ball bearing in.
