I made a mold for a DIY gasket.
This one is for around 0.7MM thick, but left some space to sand and polish the two surfaces smooth to about 0.8-0.9MM. I'm planning on making couple more back plates to change the thickness.
I was planning on using the gasket to make some waterproof systems.
I'm using M3 bolts and M3 brass inserts.
Size of the gasket is 80*80.
