Slim Spool Holder for use with "Filler" Filament holder

This is a slim spool holder for HugoHuge's "Filler" Filament holder. The original is a good design, but is not compatible with some spools that have tiny center holes. My design is only around 30mm, so it works for spools that have 32mm openings (the smallest I've seen). I have tested it with Foxsmart and Voltivo's ExcelFil spools.

Because of the reduced size, it is a bit less sturdy than the original. It still supports a full kg spool without issues, so I'm not concerned about breaking on me
