Smoothieware Configuration for Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus

This is my Smoothieware Config for my three Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus printers running MKS SBASE 1.3 boards.

NOTES: At some point in testing I moved the gamma tower to the E1 pinout. If you use this config you will need to either change it back to the Z pins, or plug your gamma tower into E1 for this to work. The Steps/mm are configured for 1/32 microstepping, so make sure your jumper is on 1/32 not 1/16 microstepping. Volumetric extrusion is enabled by default, so be sure to update your s
