Ender-3 PSU dummy model

In order to relocate the PSU on my Ender-3, I needed a quick model of the PSU itself. The outside dimensions should be accurate, and since I'm probably going to mount it upside-down from the Y-axis rail, the hole pattern on the bottom is accurate too. Everything else was pretty rushed, so make sure to validate any other dimensions you take from this model.
