Hoover Vacuum UH71250 Wheel Shim

My wife bought a Hoover UH71250 vacuum on Amazon. It is poorly designed and fails quickly. The power switch was under spec, and failed in less than 2 years. I replaced with a higher rated toggle. So far, that's holding. The entire weight of the machine is supported by wheel axles slid into a 3mm thick piece of molded plastic.
