*By astonishing coincidence*, these rope light clips are exactly the same size as 3M Command™ Rope Light Clips, and work with the same small ("poster" size) adhesive strips. There are also pilot holes for screws, if you're feeling more destructive.

Recommend 100% infill. I've had good luck with ABS and t-glase. PLA didn't work out so well. Fits a 1/2" rope light, cable, or other cylindrical object.
