Blade holder for Balsa Cutter

Blade holder for Harlan-type balsa stripper. This block works for cuts up to 2.25x2.25mm and for up to 1/8" thick ruler.
You'll need 2 M3x30 screws, 2 M3 washers, and 2 M3x7 threaded inserts.

Insert screws, thread-in inserts to touch and then heat them with solder iron till they go flush with the surface of the block. This way they will go it straight and tight.

You might want to add pieces of Teflon tape on the bottom for smoother glide.
