Power Wheels Jeep Hurricane GASCAP powerswitch

This is a master power switch to look like a fuel door for the side of a powerwheels jeep hurricane. inside is a rocker switch to turn off the jeep fully. I placed it on the passenger side but either would work. The " door " is at the very least too small in the pegs that it pivots on. Ours was torn off quickly by a curious toddler but the housing of the switch has been working great. My assumption is that even if I made it considerably stronger it would still get torn off so I haven't done so
