Planetary Fidget Spinner

I didn't see a planetary spinner so I made one! It is an actual planetary setup and the outside bearings are planets. It uses 608 skateboard bearings. Rubber bands provide a little tension to keep the bearings settled, hold the axles in place, and hold the frames together. There are washers that go between the frames and the bearings to keep the bearings from binding against the frames.
