Tamiya 1/14 Grand Hauler speaker mount

The Tamiya 1/14 scale Grand Hauler semi tractor, when equipped with the control module, recommends mounting the speaker in its housing where the seats and driver would be. I want to be able to finish the interior, so I decided to make an alternate location mount for the speaker. This is for the stock speaker provided with the CFM-01 control module, but I am sure it's the same speaker for the CFM-03. The mount can possibly be used with some of the other 1/14 scale Tamiya truck chassis kits.
