30mm fan riser currently sized for a CanaKit Raspberry Pi 3b+ premium case to allow clearance of the heatsink but not require mounting to the top cover.
Superglue the lower half to the case as pictured, and then the M3 screws from the fan will thread securely (if not excessively tightened) into the sockets.
