Glass bottle Anti-tip Holder

A really simple device to keep your 2 ounce glass bottle of liquid cement, Hoppes #9, or innumerable other products that come in a 2 ounce glass bottle from tipping over when you're using it. Gives it a base about twice the size of the bottle so it's much more stable, especially when dipping brushes, cleaning tools, etc. into it.
