Cut a 45 degree angle off the top end and Bob's your Uncle. (As Per Original)

Ok here's and updated file with the 45 degree angle done as well as the correct hole in the end for a cap screw as per original on the bike , use supports in the hole so it comes out right , pretty easy to remove after .
