This is a pencil topper to turn the Mattel Die Cast planes from the movie planes, such as old Leadbottom here (https://www.amazon.com/Disney-Planes-Leadbottom-Diecast-Aircraft/dp/B00C6Q2YR8) into a briefing stick for flight / ground training, or just for the kids to play with. I made it after noticing that all of this series of Planes toys have the same hexagonal mounting point on the bottom.
