I was getting weird sensor data while using servo motors. I suspect conflict in the Atmel interrupt domain since servo libraries and sensor libraries both use interrupts, but I am not really sure. Anyway, I designed a pan-tilt system based on the 28BYJ-48 and/or MP35HA31 stepper motors set up in a counter-rotating configuration.
The 28BYJ-48 used for panning has a lot of backlash, at least mine did, so I made a little bungee chord out of a rubber band and some wire terminals which I attache
