A wall mounted filament spool holder that i designed in TinkerCad, and that I am currently using.
The four screw holes are lowered, so the screw heads doesn't pop out to get caught on the spinning spool. Four screws is probably a little overkill for a 1kg spool, depending on the type of wall.
The design is very simple, but works really well.
