Ikea Stuva cabinet reel holder and filament guide

I wanted a mount for the filament reel that went inside the nice new Ikea Stuva Cabinet but I also wanted it to leave the cabinet as undamaged as possible, so decided to use the pre-existing shelf mount holes.
