PanelDue 7i Mount for Rostock Max V2

I had a hard time finding an adapter that would house the PanelDue 7i for a Rostock Max V2, so I decided to make one! Simple, three piece, friction fit assembly that only requires four screws for mounting the PCB to the frame. Utilizes the original mounting holes from the old display so original thumb screws can be used!
