My slicer was detecting inconsistencies with CorrieD's model so I decided to remake it in Fusion 360.
This is fairly simple print. After you slice the model you can take the gcode to Prusa's Colorprint to insert the M600 command. Note the layer height at which you need the M600 command will vary with your resolution. Happy Printing!
Update 9/20/2018 - I added a 4mm tall version in case you do not want to print one too thick.
Update 12/30/2018 - Multi-Material files have been added.
