Stronger and tunable Touch-MI mount for High Clearance CR10 OEM

This is a modified version of the Touch-MI mount for High Clearance CR10 OEM model by FlowerPower358. While the original design semt ideal, I had troubles with it in two issues:
* the support was something like 1 mm too low for the probe needle to be adjusted
* in case of strong tightening of the fixation screw, the hex nut could break the object
I thus remixed the original design to allow the adjustment of the fixation height while giving an extra robustness to the ensemble.
