40mm Fan Guard Qidi Tech 1

I got tired of removing the wire fan covers that came with my Qidi Tech 1. The fans are counterbored for the screws, but alas the screws are too long and bottom out in the stepper. So I made a fan guard that filled those c'bores the right amount, while still allowing the screw to pass through it.

Now the guard stays with the fan instead of clanging around on the print bed.
