Mellanox ConnectX-3 low profile bracket

Got a bunch of pre-owned ConnectX-3 Infiniband cards with a full height rear bracket. The 1U servers these were supposed to go into demanded low profile brackets. Took the ConnectX-2 bracket by user Alioth and changed position and size of the transceiver cut-out as well as the extra holes for the LEDs. Quick job, thanks to Alioth, perfect fit.
