Exam Glove Box Holder

I took the [original dispenser made by mkelly](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1265367) and made it a bit larger it to fit the common box sizes we use at a fire department. The dimensions of the item (OD) are now 136.52mm wide x 95.25mm deep x 170mm tall. (5.37in x 3.75in x 7.05in). This size seems to fit most standard size exam glove boxes. (If it is too snug for your liking, expand by about 2% and it will give you the looser feel many commercial dispensers have.)
