3D printed SUP paddle and handle.
Blade and handle are made of PLA single layer shell with light infill.
Core parts are relatively small and can be printed on any standard printer.
Parts are bounded with CA glue then sanded and laminated with fibre glass. Lay up is 3 x 125GSM plain weave S-glass on each sides (one layer straight and two layers cut at 45 degree). I used bio sourced epoxy resin.
