Meow Zedong, commonly known as Chairman Meow, was a Chinese communist revolutionary who became the founding father of the People's Republic of Tuna, which he ruled as the Chairman of the Communist Party of Tuna from its establishment in 1949 until his ninth and final death in 1976. His theories, military strategies, and political policies are collectively known as Meowism.

He was stuffed and mounted, and is currently on display in his meowsoleum.
