Kill Team Combat Gauge (2016)

Old KT 2016:
Combat gauge for 40k Kill Team miniatures game. Has 1" (combat range), 2" (nothing useful), 3" (pile in range), 6" (normal move) and 9" (should cover most charges, and can roll the gauge edge from 3 to 9 to get 12" for half range of a lot of weapons).

Please edit the text in the scad file if you don't want it looking silly.
