Anet A8 E3D Mount with BLTouch

I remixed ikarisan's mounts to create one that had the BLTouch option but used Hex bolts instead of the square ones he had used.

UPDATE - I snapped the BLtouch mount clean off while installing the nuts that hold the X axis belt. The rest of the mount is perfect however so I have updated the mount with some reinforcement.

V2 - Changes made as follows:
Added reinforcement around BLTouch mount
Removed some additional screw holes that weren't required for Anet A8 style back plate
