Ender 3 Z motor mount shim & offset

This is a Z motor mount replacement for the Ender 3.
It is 0.8mm thicker than the stock mount to account for miss alignment of the Z rod.
It also had widened mounting holes to allow for horizontal adjustment.

There are some shims you can print out there for this, but this seemed like a simple way to solve 2 problems at once.
