Spool adapter remix

Thing image looks bad but prints nice.

I liked the spool holder adapter but wanted the parts to finish it to be off the shelf stuff. So rather than getting a piece of all thread and cutting it down this thing allows you to just purchase a 5/16 x 6" carriage bolt, 2 washers, a nut and 2 608 bearings.
