Dual Cat 5 Module

I needed to mount 2 RJ45 Ethernet connections behind my TV but only had one module space left. I mistakenly ordered one of these: https://www.visiontechconnect.com/tc3-2rj45-3446209-dual-rj45-cat5e-cat6-socket.html. It didn't fit so I designed my own plate and remounted them.
This plate will fit any UK/European modular face plate that takes a 50x25mm module.
