10mm GT2 Belt Tensioner

This belt tensioner is designed to tension 10mm wide GT2 belts, like those found on many DIY CNC machines. To use a pair of tensioner blocks, press-fit an M3 nut into one end of one tensioner block, and feed an M3 bolt into the opposite end of the other tensioner block. Attach the tensioner blocks to the GT2 belt with cable ties, making sure that the teeth of the belt mesh with the tensioner blocks' tooth grooves (tensioner blocks are available with the tooth grooves oriented on either side).
