To me the original part was great, but being a bit obsessive I felt there were some changes to be made to fit my needs.
So I removed some edges (many), narrowed the two pilars, (saved some material by the way), and making it fitter so it doesn't hit the frame.
The sensor wire got stuck in the original part, so I removed the side support and added it in the top.
I also dug some holes to countersink the two main support bolts, now they don't come out.
Simple, yet (I hope) effective
