These are jigs for cutting the PTFE tubing for an E3D hot end on the Prusa MK3 and MK3s (and similar extruders) .
It uses a pencil sharpener blade from Mobius + Ruppert. Available on their sharpeners or as spare blades. NOT the grenade-sized blade -- their regular wedge or round sharpener blades.
The MK3 version has a 50mm stop (marked) for cutting the tube to 50mm in length. It also has a 13mm stop (marked) for cutting the Prusa 13mm filament section above the extruder.
