Knoll Life Chair Headrest Mount

I wanted to add a headrest to my Knoll Life Chair but couldn't afford the $100+ headrest from Knoll. These clamps allow you to mount the Lorell Hi-Back Chair Headrest (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00P85C6OU/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00P85C6OU&linkCode=as2&tag=sasha0fd-20&linkId=4878f4465c31a04a508bb0936a575b25) with the use of 4 M6 bolts, 4 nuts and 6 washers.
