Ender 3 PSU Fan Cover

This is a bit of an experiment, as I wanted to see if I could reduce the fan noise from the PSU. I can't say whether it has actually made any difference to the noise level, but it does seem to have directed the airflow in a way that makes it appear quieter to me.

It was inspired by Godspeeeeed's fan cover (Thing 2998962), so I'm calling it a remix. But this was a fresh design, from start to finish, with no direct reference to his creation. But his magnets on the steel fan screws of the alumin
