Duet 2 Maestro Enclosure for Tevo Tarantula / 2040 extrusion

Made an enclosure for my Tevo Tarantula. I made some changes to the original model to suit the 2040 extrusion on the printer's Z axis and better hide the power and heatbed wiring. I tried to include a clear path for convection airflow - this should be good enough based on the documentation.

Lid is an exact fit in Fusion 360, so you may want to scale it down to 98-99% depending on your calibration.

You will need 8x M3 screws, 4x M4's , 4x T-Nuts
